1 to document that Bush lied and as a result of his lies, the lightbulb died, then argue about the outsourcing of jobs that make domestically produced lightbulbs unavailable, 99,999 to produce comprehensive legislation to tax the American public for that and every other lightbulb, as every American citizen has a right to lightbulbs.

One to demand higher taxes to be used to redistribute the wealth to the maintenance worker that will be paid to change the bulb, ignoring the fact that most maintenance workers are paid more than many teachers, law enforcement workers, etc.

After realizing that the the maintenance worker won't change the bulb as the task is below him, the senile old C.O.L. will go back to asking for more money and crying that the bulb blew out on Bush's watch and any all matter of injury that might result from someone enterring the darkened room is also of course the fault of G.W. Bush.

At the same time, the senile old C.O.L. will cry that the government is wasting a ton of money buying lightbulbs.
