Need help with Iconpackager packages

I havew this small problem with iconpackager files. Some of them say .iptheme and work fine but there are some that say .iconpackage and can't get them to show up on the list. I wouldn't mind entering every icon manually once in a while, but I don;t always have a list with the names as to where each icon goes. What can I do? Example would be GOAL FIFA World Cup theme which has a pick with each icon and where it goes, but I'm not so lucky with others.

What usually works for me on the packages that don't self-install is to click the "Install new package" button on the IP window, click on "install from disk, and then navigate and click on the iconpackage.

Thanx for the idea but it didn't work. It won't put the icons where they belong and won't add the name of the file on the list to load them. Anyone else have any idea why they download this way?

Will do. If that doesn't work, is building the package by manually putting each icon my only hope?
