Well actually a parcial idea. Something I heard on TV. I was thinking about the illegal alien problems and about how to stop them. So many different ideas yet not one has been chosen. What if we can make these politicians understand that we want action, we want results, we want something done and we want it now?

Here's my parcial idea, parcials because I know what we can do, which is let's all buy on brick, any brick, now here is the part I don't have, we should send it to a Gov't Office. Not sure to who exactly, but someone. Just imagine, say, the President of Congress, of the Senate or even of the US. Everyone who believes something should be done should send 1 brick to them letting them know that if they don't take action against this problem, that we, the American People, will. These bricks will represent a start for a wall on the border, if that's what it takes to stop the illegal immigration. Not that it's the only solution, but at least a start of getting something done as oppose to having them eat breakfast lunch and dinner on us taxpayers while getting nothing done.

It's time for us to take a stand. These illigal immigrants felt they could get something done by standing up and voicing themselves (even though 1 million barely represents all of them), we the American People, who actually have the right to do this, should actually do it. Voice our opinions, get the Gov't moving and get things done yesterday.

I only ask someone, if anyone likes my idea, to point to me and everyone else who thinks this should be done, where to send these bricks for best results. Help me make this idea a complete one, not a parcial one. I already said we should each buy at least one brick, now someone tell me who should we send it to to get the best results.

Thanks LW, I knew I saw it somewhere. I had that idea in my head when I woke up but wasn't sure where I saw it or heard it. I think it's a great idea.

Not sure if MM was being funny or serious. That's one thing I don't like about the internet, can't read people by what they write.

I just had a thought. You know how politicians have the ability to see the silver lining in everything. I can just imagine them getting millions of bricks then going on TV and saying, we get the point but we will not be using these bricks fo the constuction, but we will build a new Gov't office or a park or a monument with them. Or maybe the President of the Senate will have a new wall or driveway in his house and some will wonder where did he get that from.

So click on the link and send some bricks! They provide the addresses, and it costs about $12 per brick.

ok so in fact it's a bad idea, but just imagine the results.

Well not that bad, but then I guess those same $12 could get more bricks to actually build the walll rather than make the USPS or FEDEX rich in the process.
