Remedy to saving money.

According to a local Puerto Rican newspaper, El Nuevo Dia, it seems that the Govenor of Puerto Rico is searching for ways to save money because they are running out of it. It's so bad to the point that he is in search of where he can cut back. By considering closing some non essencial Gov't offices, it is possible to save enough money. But not onlynon essencial offices are being considered. It seems that by closing schools a few weeks before the end of school is also being considered. The education office will possibly be closed down by the end of this week which will mean that teachers will not get paid after friday and so there will be no more school. Teachers are being instucted to adjust their students grades to fit the new, possible, end of school day so that children will not lose this year of school. They claim this must be done in order to be able to continue to pay the police force and hospital staffs and I agree.

I know this is not exactly interesting news for people in the US, but keep in mind that this is a country that depends on the Common Wealth contract with the US. Money paid by tax-payers being sent to a country that gives nothing in return. Don't get me wrong, these are my people, but they need to be tought a lesson. I was born in the US and I am an American regardless of my background. I pay taxes just like everyone else and I can't stand my money being wasted on people who don't appreciate me. I should know I'm living there and I know how they treat me, like an outsider. So this is what they get. I am jumping ship back to my motherland where I belong. I can only wish good luck to those who stay here, including my family. I will always have my doors open for them, only cause they are family. This is just the begining and by the ned of this year things will only get worse.
